Privacy Policy
PopPath is a product in development by PeachByteSolutions LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as PopPath ("PopPath", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on getpoppath.com (the "Site"), why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect an email address so we can tell you when PopPath is ready, and we never sell, rent, or share it.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the waitlist form plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the Site.

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, as described above. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing, or any other tracking pixels. We do not ask for or store your name, phone number, street address, or payment details. If we ever begin taking pre-orders, payments will be handled by a payment processor under its own privacy policy, and we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To email you PopPath updates, pricing, shipping, and pre-order or reservation information.
- To plan sheet lengths, quantities, and shipping based on aggregate waitlist interest.
- To keep the Site working and free of spam.
We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
We never sell or share your data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for their own use. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with "partners". The only parties that touch your data are the service providers below, which process it solely on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the Site and stores the waitlist in a database on our account. Cloudflare's infrastructure may also log standard request data (such as IP address) for security purposes under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this Site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which may log that request under Google's privacy policy. No sign-up information is sent to Google.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures Site traffic as described above, under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this Site.
- An email delivery service, once we start sending updates. We will name it here before the first email goes out.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights, and if PopPath or PeachByteSolutions LLC is ever sold or merged, the waitlist would transfer with it under this same promise.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to remove it, or until the PopPath project ends, whichever comes first. Page-activity events are kept for operational analysis and may be deleted at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any PopPath email and ask to be removed.
- Access, correction, or deletion. Ask us at any time and we will tell you what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
- Do nothing. Joining the waitlist never creates an account or an obligation to buy anything.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Waitlist data is stored in a Cloudflare database protected by an access key that only PopPath's owners hold. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold small on purpose so there is little to lose.
Children
The Site is for adults planning Halloween, and the waitlist is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us an email address, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If the change is material, we will also email waitlist members before it takes effect.
